Thank you for a wonderful experience! From being warmly greeted when we walked in the door to the fantastic service, Bitty and Beau’s is a lovely coffee spot. My son, 14, who has Down syndrome loved seeing people like him working. As we look to future plans as parents, it was such a reaffirming experience. He also loved the “Future Employee” pin and came home and placed it on his backpack. Thank you so much! 💙 💛

Bitty & Beau’s in The Strip, Pittsburgh’s now-renovated old warehouse district, is a business worth supporting: they have career opportunities for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Great coffee and service! Cake pops were just ok.

Absolutely divine here! They have staff who have disabilities and I felt just so special and loved in there!! Plus they had a nifty wall of pins and great merch.

Came here for the coffee, stayed for the hospitality. They like to call themselves, a human movement masquerading as a coffee shop, and I couldn’t agree more. The cafe itself is part of a chain and the menu is quite standardised, but expansive at the same time. The space itself is large and bright and has a lot of seating. The seating is a bit generic, though and lacks character. I got the iced latter, and the coffee was very nice albeit not memorable. What stood out for me was the hospitality and the mission of employing folks with down syndrome as the baristas. The barista who served me was the sweetest and greeted me with the warmest smile, which made my day. I genuinely love the mission of the cafe, and that alone makes it worth a visit.

On my walk to get my favorite little donuts I get every time I’m home in PGH, I saw this little coffee shop. My husband’s flight kept getting delayed so I decided to stop in here after I got my donuts. I thought I would grab and go but decided to take a seat to kill some time. My drink was so good, and I loved the vibe of this place. They had a little dance party while I was there. I wanted to take a video but thought it might be weird. I’ll definitely be by to visit whenever I’m home. So glad my husbands flight kept getting delayed so I could discover this new favorite place 💕

This is a lovely little coffee shop. We have lots of space for gathering and studying with free Internet, lovely drinks and super friendly employees and staff. The environment is relaxing and joyful, but also non-intrusive so that if friends want to gather or you want to study, this is a good space for that. The drinks and snacks are very delicious, our family loves the smoothies and frozen hot chocolate. My husband also likes the coffee and buys the grounds for use at home as well. The study space includes a bar facing large windows, looking out onto the strip. On top of all of this, the mission of the organization is to provide employment, job skills and a place of belonging for persons with neurodiverse abilities and skills.

Wonderful place to visit with special needs men and women as your servers. Absolutely 💯 a nice place to visit. On a school bus trip taking the choir to sing for a Christmas show.
